Our goal at Rimrock Livestock is to produce top quarter horse performance prospects, with the ability to be your next champion. If you are interested in cutting, reining, reined cow, or versatility competition, you will find horses to fit your needs. Our broodmare band is primarily composed of own daughters of top ranking cutting, reining, and reined cow sires. We believe that the bottom side of a pedigree is every bit as important as the top side and that conformation and disposition are as crucial as bloodlines.

Our quarter horse stallions: The Smart Smoke has been ranked multiple times in the Equi-Stat Top 100 Sire List for Cutting & Reined Cow Horses. The Smart Smoke has sired get who have won over $266,000, including Open, Non-Pro & Amateur Champions in AQHA, NCHA, NRHA, & NRCHA Events. His colts have big hips, good minds and lots of talent and athletic ability to take you to the TOP.

Playboys Phoenix was the 2002 Montana Cutting Horse Association $1,000 Novice Horse Year End Champion and the 2003 Montana Cutting Horse Association $10,000 Novice Horse Reserve Champion. When he retired from competition, he was scoring consistently in the 73-75 range. He has NCHA earnings of just under $10,000. He has tremendous athletic ability, impeccable conformation, and a great temperament. His foals possess his structural correctness, personality and athleticism. His get are now competing in cutting, reining, reined cow, and roping events.

Quatro Colores CD is a very handsome young son of CD Olena ($170,706, NCHA) and out of Meradas Kitty by Freckles Merada. Ole is a trained cutting horse but was never competed. He is a full brother to MK Kittylena ($33,489, NCHA). He has a superior disposition, is an elegant mover and is correct in every way. His first foal crop will be 2 yr. olds in 2007. We expect him to be a great sire
